First day

Well, I'm weaker than I thought.
I did manage to do a set of lunges, jogs, squats, crunches and situps. I couldn't do any arm exersises since I hurt my upper appendages yesterday. I weigh at 130 lbs, with an unknown fat percentage. Weight loss is not my only goal, but it is one. I'll weigh myself weekly.

Whew. That was tiring.

Night Before

Hi everyone!
I dont really expect anyone to read this. But I'll type anyway
I myself have always admired the A-Team, especially Hannibal. He may be addicted to the jazz, but I like him. And, I would like to improve myself. So, I'm going to start to do the Military workout recomended on one to the U.S. Ranger websites. Since the A-Team were Rangers.
I'm also not quite comfortable with my weight. So, here goes.
I plan to do the excersises three days a week on break, two while in school
So, I'll get a good nights sleep, and start fresh in the morning.
